CREATING A VORTEX

Step 4 - Final Step
Now we have mezotinted it we need to give a radial blur, to finalize it so go to:

Filter > Blur > Radial Blur  

and set it to Amout - 100 , Blur Method - Zoom , Quality - Best.

Now press Ctrl + F

And there you have it, a black and white vortex!
